At FOLIGAIN Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened condition and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our European distribution center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
